I want to sell my ps3 to an firend of my sister, but I don't know at what price, it has HEN and 25 disc games

are these legit discs or just stuff you installed? a superslim is usually around $120 w/out a hard drive; slims can be $80 maybe depending on size of hdd; don't know about phats as I only have a superslim and a cfw slim.

guess it depends on the games. I wouldn't know what those are worth. I only know what I saw superslims and cfw capable slims going for on ebay, when I bought mine.

It really depends in which country you live, I find a lot of PS3 at 50-60 €.

Just check on sites like ebay how much people sell theirs and it will give you an idea
