Gaming Best place to get 1.9 minecraft update rom on New 3DS XL?

I really need the update but don't trust myself to find a copy of the rom online. I own an official copy but my 3ds does not have wifi access and that can't be changed. Yes, my 3ds is loaded with homebrew and a cfw.
