While I haven't personally used them, DealWoot has CycloDS at the cheapest price I've seen with free shipping. I think they are officially endorsed by gbatemp, so they should be trustworthy.

As far as a microSDHC, I've always found Newegg to be one of the best places to go, good prices, good shipping, and an excellent selection, but I'm not sure if they ship outside of the USA and Canada.

I got mine off RHS and they were fantastic. Have you tried contacting Team Cyclops to make sure your Cyclo is really dead?

I know that probably sounds weird but I've read numerous reports of "dead" CycloDS' that "come back to life" after a simple flash.
