EDIT: This debate is always fucking stupid. The "best" depends entirely on a person's preferences, circumstances and what they're looking for out of a console. I'd choose the PS5 out of this list because I have a gaming PC, which will be functionally identical to the Sexbox in terms of content (that I care about, anyways), whereas Sony exclusives don't tend to come to PC at all (although some do show up after a year or 3).

For someone else, the Xbox might be the better option because they don't have a PC and don't care about Sony exclusives, or maybe they like the convenience and library of Game Pass so they always have something to play.

And for someone else, both might be the right answer because they want the best of both worlds.

And for someone else, whatever Nintendo offers might be the right answer because they like Nintendo's first party games and anything else they get is just a bonus.

And for someone else, they all suck.
