I'm looking for full speed without any sound issues and a big compatibility list.
If Snes9x can work wonders why can't there be something for NES?

On that note, is there a better emulator for gba games than mgba?
mgba plays colour and gameboy perfectly but stutters a lot with gba.
I know there's the option to inject but I kinda don't like roms on my main menu screen.

Some say RetroArch with different gba cores.
I have no idea.
I don´t use Retroarch on 3DS for gba games.

Are you using the latest mgba nightly?

The Gpsp core in retroarch is really fast because it uses dynarec.it does crash occasionally and have a few emulation errors though.

Whats the advantage of using an emulator vs injecting to VC?
VC's run pretty much as Nintendo intended them for a series of Mappers or Pallets etc. so While for the Most part VCs can offer pretty damn high compatibility, not every game works so for those games that cant work w/ or w/o a patch, Emulators Reign supreme If you have a N3DS that is. otherwise some emulators its hard to tell the trade-off between them and VCs on an O3DS.
