Hi, everyone, I've been a long time lurker and have always tried to accomplish my goals with plenty of research on existing information. I am currently in the process of making my Wii U as much of an All-In-One emulator as possible. I started this to be able to pass down to my son when he's old enough so he can experience all the games i grew up with without the hassle.
My goals for this Wii U are:
RetroArch and all available cores. I am very familiar with RetroArch thanks to my PSVita which is perfectly homebrewed at the moment.
Wii U
Wii
N64
GameCube
NDS
PS1 (this is a loose goal as I have my PS3 which I'll mostly be using for this purpose since it will perform better and it just makes more sense. This would just be a bonus.)
I am researching all the best methods for playing each of these console's backups on my Wii U, but am currently stuck at making a decision for N64. Is Wii64 the best option that I have for highest compatability and performance? If yes, where can i make sure that I get the latest version for Wii U? The Wiki doesnt seem to have anything newer than 2017 at best, but all the original upload dates are actually more like 2010. Any push in the right direction is much appreciated! Thank you!
