Homebrew Best mame emulator for 3DS

Hello i have tryed to install mame2003_libretro.cia find into RetroArch_cia.7z pack, but when i lauch mame 2003 i don' t understand how to configure it or where place the rom for paly.I have place one rom.zip of mame into root of sd but i can' t paly.Somone can help me for play with mame emulator on 3ds.I have luma 8.11 and last ver firmware on my old 3ds.
