Homebrew Best GBA Emulator

which is the best GBA emulator for NDS/NDS Lite, i am looking for an emu which can run games in full screen like the GBA hardware or be able to stretch the screen. i dont care whether its homebrew or official but compatibility is important any other extra features are a bonus......

Sorry, there is no gba emu on the ds, just use a slot-2 based flash card like m3 if you want perfect gba on the ds, there isnt much screen difference.
