Hacking Best format for performance (loading times)?

Just wondering what is the best format these days for USB loaders for the Wii/vWii?

Is there is any discernible difference is load times between WBFS format and ISO format?

I owned a Wii at launch and eventually hacked in a couple years later but that Wii and all it's games (physical and backup copies) went to my nephew.

At the time, I was using WBFS format because external hard drives were still small and expensive and WBFS format was the solution.

Guess it doesn't matter. I remember testing it back in the day but I don't remember the result. I'm guessing the results were negligible thus I can't remember.

As far as I know there won't be any difference between iso and wbfs when loaded from usb, but wbfs definitely has the advantage of taking much less space.
