Homebrew Best Emulator for Dragon Quest 9

What is the best Emulator to run DQ9 on? I am currently playing it on DeSmuME and it's mostly good, but there is a bit of lag, especially during the cutscenes. I am using the latest version 0.9.7.

I've also tried running it on No$gba and No$Zoomer, but when i go to create my character, the characters face looks disoriented, and choppy due to graphical glitches. Also the game crashes when i make my character. Is there any way to fix that, or is it not worth it, since it might be slower than DeSmuME?

DeSmuME is the best emulator. The lag is due to your computer and not the emulator. Also, you can't really expect perfect emulation.

4gb ram
