Best app for save extracting?

Iv understood there are apps for getting and reloading back saves on the modded switch.
Im wondering which of these are the best/easiest to use?

And also where wil the saves be saved, on the SD or do you have to extract directly to the PC with cable?

DBI - you can save them on SD or use MTP to copy them to PC without saving to SD.
