I'd like to see an option for OP questions to select a "best answer" for when they get their question answered to help end endless thread confusion and dismay.

Just a thought.

Maybe an option to lock it thereafter.
Might have pros and cons, but just an idea.

There already is a system like that, it's called Threadmarks.

Making them means they show up on the first post. Locking threads won't happen though, since it stunts further discussion on the same or similar topics.

Edit:
Just to follow up from QC's post, you don't need to report posts for them to be threadmarked on your own threads. If you posted it originally, you can set them yourself. Give it a shot on this thread.

Oh nice I didn't know that.
Yeah lol, I had to go back to the announcement thread on it just to make sure. It's easy to forget regular user perms when you haven't had em for so long. Ran into a similar thing with a question about deleting a review earlier.

@Sicklyboy I happened to have ubisoft app already installed, so I just logged in and got the game and played with @Skv0ra

Shouldn't be, because these anti cheat suites pretty much all natively support linux if I'm not mistaken, and it's down to a literal checkbox that they're not ticking.
  • Plazorn @ Plazorn:
Would you really install a kernel level anticheat program if it existed though? I sure wouldn't.
