Gaming BenQ (Disk Read Error) & Pot Calibration

Ok so here is my problem, One of my 360s kept giving me read disk errors (not modded) so I cracked the bad boy open and played with the pot calibration (it's now sitting at 7.3). I got every one of my games to read fine now expect one {Spider-Man 3) Funny thing is, the game works fine in my other Xbox. Any ideas what what the problem may be?

I have ordered a replacement laser for it. I just want to see if I can get this one to work before I pronounce TOD.
