It says on that page you linked "Battleminer supports Stereoscopic 3D and has a dynamic night and day cycle.

So yes, its 3D. I don't have the game but it does not look as good as MineCraft in my opinion, so don't be disappointed if its not what you expect.

yep but games on eshop it self usually always have 3d screens shots... and that description you quoted is from the webpage, so its suspicious that they put 2d screens there...
and since 3DSCraft (Cubic Ninja Homebrew) doesnt work as CIA, this is my only option on having something like minecraft. you cant craft tables/bookshelfs/beds and stff, the world doesnt have water or lava:( but still you can place Cubes to create stff:} in 3D i hope:]
