This morning I was just checking my mails, and it seems I got my beta key for Battlefield Heroes!
Been playing for about an hour now, and I love it.
Very simple concept, but it works like a charm.

Anyone else in it?

If you take the commander class, you start with a sniper. It's alot of fun to do some HEADSHOOOOOOOOOOOTs.

lol, I actually signed up for the website maybe a few months after it opened but I barely actually "signed up" for the beta till just now.

Uhh I got into the beta and its too easy. Its full of like 9 year olds cause thats their marketing age, and I get first place every single time 0o. Got boringgggggggggggg. Well I played it for like 4 days.

edit: oh, I'm typing on this thread so much because I'm playing CS:S on a seperate comp and every time I die I come and check this out (yes, I die alot) well look at that, the round started

Well, I signed up a few weeks ago and yesterday morning I just found the beta key in my mailbox

I don't no how much the download was, it's just an installer you run from your browser.
Seeing at my bandwidth limit I'm guessing around 200MB, so that's well worth it

No, I don't think it works with invites like Quake Live.

Yes you can snipe in the Commander class. I started out as a regular soldier, but honestly they absolutely suck compared to the Commander class.
The Commander class is so much cooler, and they can turn themselves invisible. And they have a sniper and a knife.

So pick the Commander class when you start!

I just got my key, I will rant about the beta later.


SOOOOO: It was alright. frequent lag, store only buys a weapon for a week or so, and terrible vehicle control. That sums it up...

I like the beta. I hate how the Cars are bugged >>
I also dislike the fact they got rid of the ability to buy things indefinitely. At least you keep your chars after it opens up

, Also certain days I get lots of Disconnects. Other than that, I like it. And I used to get first place every time and now I'm a level 7 and it is hella harder to get first because you get mixed in with the level 20+ people.
