Gaming Battlefield 3 online activation code

Does anyone know if there is a way to move or copy the contents of a thumbdrive onto another one? If I pull it out of the 360 and put it in the PC it says it's full, and also that there's no files on it... so I can't copy them that way.

I need to download the latest bf3 update, but there's not enough room on the card. I bought a bigger card, but it tells me I need a new activation code because the one it came with has already been used. So I gather the code is stuck on the old card...

Is there a way around this? If not I guess I'll just have to buy another code. Oh, I don't have a HDD either, hence the SD cards.

hmm... good idea, but I tried it and when I put it back into the xbox it claims that it's not set up for the xbox and needs re-formatting :'(

Go to your Download History and redownload the Battlefield 3 Online Pass. You don't have to grab it off your old SD card.
