I bought a new Switch and basically put it away until hacks become better (no jig, no tethering etc). I got it now so that when the patched and unhackable units come out I will have a hackable one.
When I first turned it on out of the box the battery was like half full, pretty reasonable since it was sitting on the shelf etc. So I charged it, then completely powered off. I didn't upgrade anything or install any games or apps. Now I notice after a few weeks when I turn it on the battery is completely dead. What could be causing this? If it was a bad battery wouldn't it have been dead out of the box?
