Help i messed up my Playstation 3

I messed up my ps3 by turning on I think Dex and Something else so that I could remarry the disc drive or something my disc drive was not working and I needed to fix it so I turned on what ever to fix my disc drive and now I get this screen and...

Has there been any mods to get around when ps3 battery dies to still be able to use games that rely on the battery for correct time to start a game

If you have CFW it should bypass the need for the CMOS battery and you should be able to start the games.
