Hacking Batch convert CDN content to CIAs?

There is already a torrent of Nintendo's CDN on the internet (I cannot say where due to forum rules), however the contents are in "raw" (TIK, TMD etc) format.
How can I convert them in batch? I use Linux so command line tools are preferred.

If you are comfortable with bash (you say you use Linux so maybe), just make make_cdn_cia to loop every folder.
Just look up sinple bash script script directory looping and calling an executable.

I don't think it requires any certificate patching, if the data you are talking about comes with a .tik file
