ROM Hack Question Banning reason ?

hey, after lurking so long I got a nooby question.

CFW and everything working perfectly ( thx to many tuts here) , but today I just connected to a new wifi ( at home I am using my wifi with 90DNS) and I also wanted to use 90 on the new one.

But after connecting the first time,before I could go to internet options, a little pop up came up and said, downloaded data for update for a game ...

I am just a bit nervouse , could such a little mistake get the switch banned ?? I never went online on the store nor wanted to play any online games after all .
But maybe someone can tell me a bit more about this situation

That's normal.
I have firmware 8.10 and no Nintendo account.
He just wants the new update of the game.
I hope I'm not wrong.

I don't want to test anything to go online ^^
That's why I asked in the first place.

Without going online ther's no way finding out if the switch is banned ^^ ( or is ther any?)

Do you have a Nintendo account ?
I have the switch behind TOR or can do it behind VPN.

I never made an Nintendo account ^^ Got the switch used ( but not jailbroken).
And no dongle SX OS ^^ I just wanted to try out how the CFW works on the switch ( that was the reason why buying one in the first place)

I thouggt about buying a dongle but , do I realy need one ^^

If you want to play copies,
it is easiest with the dongle.
Don't worry.
If you are not connected to the Internet,
nobody knows your IP.
And if.. there are so many Nintendo Switch users.
Nobody has time to spy on you.

If you definitely don't wanna get banned, don't hack or only use airplane mode, and restore a nand backup if you ever wanna go online.

Thx Eric, I just asked more for myself, maybe in the distand future I want to sell the switch and just to give someone else the option to go online.
I dont like playing the online games on switch (only mario maker 2 2ould had been fun ^^)
But who cares

I think you can use emunand.
