I think so, well first it has to do its thing which it can't at least not on my system. I have a virgin 4.0u (LU35). I tried all his version:

None of them worked. Some of them you get to load but it gets stuck on the screen "Starcube.co.uk's First Application!" but for others it simply gets on the screen where it should ask you to load boot.dol. I hope BootMii won't be disappointing.

that video didnt install the hbc...it didnt go through the installer man -.-
it launched a boot.dol of the hbc in the root of sd card

You would need to use this to install bootmii if you're on 4.0 and don't already have hbc installed.

I take what I said back. Bannerbomb IS working on 4.0U. It seems the boot.dol you use is the culprit for it to work or not. Look at the thread that talks about HBC on virgin 4.0u, the process uses bannerbomb and it works as I have done it.
