Hacking Banner previewer?

Is there any wad editing/previewing software out there that will actually show what the animated banner would look like in the system menu w/out having to load the wad into the wii beforehand?

Customizemii doesn't show the animation ,only the images.

dolphin can do it i believe.

other than that, the closest thing i know of is benzin's previewer. but it says it still is not usable on wiibrew.

I know you can preview wads on the dolphin emulator, but I dont think it will work with forwarder channels...
