i know that you gave me a link, i read the FAQ, i searched for the one you say its the best but didnt find one with clip....thats all...

..and now i olny wanted to know if this is an acceptable chip....

i thought it wouldn't be to hard to say "yeah thats a good one" or "no it isn't"

Hi, okay after about 30 min of researching, i finally found out whats wrong with my wii.
I've obviously got the banner brick which is why i am posting here.
Anyway, at first, i just couldn't load the games properly, it loads but then it doesn't run. That was from installing cIOScorp and Preloader.
After, i decided to format the wii. Now the system menu doesn't show up at ALL, all it does it, it access to the Preloader Menu.
Any tips?
If i bring them to places that mod wii's, reckon they would be able to fix it?

Dude, I said in my guide, banner brick is when you install a bad WAD!

Yours ain't a banner brick, in fact, you don't have anything wrong on your Wii AT ALL!!

Boot in homebrew channel and run any region changer to update to 3.2

I wouldn't be able to do that because I thought formatting would do the job, but instead it screwed up the whole wii.
I am not able to do anything except to just see the preloader.

Have you even tried booting into Systemmenu?

Should be an option there.

And next time, DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT A WORD FROM PROS!

Try booting any region changer dol in preloader and then install 3.2

I will try booting any region changer right now, well soon.
But what do you mean by installing 3.2.
As for the other person, i've tried booting to system menu, but because i formatted my wii, it wouldn't load.
It says Error to boot to systemmenu.
Something like that.

Was able to install but after selecting : load installed files,
It just came up with a screen with a bunch of scribbly script on it.

Are you able to fix this anywhere?
Do you reckon Nintendo would take it if i pay them to fix it?

Well, if they would take it, i wouldn't mind getting it fixed.
I would only pay 100-200 australian dollar, thats like half of what it cost when i got it.
i got it for about 400.
If they make me pay more, i might consider getting a second hand or new phone.
Not sure.
So what your saying, Nintendo would most likely take it and fix it?

Yes loads of people have done it. Just make sure you haven't got a modchip in it or they might bin it
