Misc Banned from Wi-fi

Hello and 1st post.

I just have a quick quick question here.

- whenever me or my daughter goes online on wi fi games (Mario Kart mainly) Theres always has to be one a-hole who pisses me off by using a offensive screen name (mainly a certain racial slur) I know because I moniter what my child does when she goes on wifi.

But is there anyway, that these people can get banned from nintendo wi-fi, just because of using these names. That and is nintendo doing anything for the action replay cheaters and using their banstick on them.

Can't you block them?

If you join a game before them, they cant join. And vice versa.

Actually they can. You can report users with offensive names and pictures on nintendowifi.com (not entirely sure where on the site anymore, but I remember that it can be done).

They removed it long ago. Someone claimed to have phoned in, and Ninty said the form was accidental or something and they couldn't do anything.
