Hardware Banned for a Turbo Controller?

Been using a Hycarus Switch turbo controller on my already-banned Switch. Wanna try it on my Switch Lite in the future, but I'm worried using it will get my Switch Lite banned, even if I use Turbo offline only.

Doubt it. I have lot of friends who uses different types of controllers other than the pro and no one has been banned.

There'd be uproar if someone were banned for a controller. If nintendo were to do anything in that direction, it would be more like not allowing that kind of controller to be used for particular online games, but it's unheard of in gaming history and I'd be surprised to see it happen.

    Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.
