What is their service like? To anyone who's bought from there, how long did it take you to get your item? Just want to make sure. Thanks for any replies.

To Australia takes from 1-3 weeks (from personal experience; I've ordered quite a bit off them). They don't ship the box, but that's pretty much it. The padded bag will ensure it won't be damaged

They took 3 working days (ordered friday, arrived wednesday) for my g6 lite. Pretty reasonable, though as the guy above said, they only give you the bare minimum with regards to packaging. In my case, they only gave me the tiny round tin, with the passcard stuffed inside :/

I've ordered a bit off them. They're pretty quick. Packageing is sparse... sif you care about that though, right!?

My order off them took slightly less than 2 weeks if i remember correctly.

Its a great store - high quality products at very cheap prices, no fakes, and it shipped in 7 days even though I live in central europe and it was during the labor day in china!! Awesome store, the only '-' is that they dont include boxes for their products.
