EDIT:
Assuming you just want to replace the images of the badges on slot 1:
1. Replace the contents of 0x0-0x89F with the text from the other badge from someone else
2. Replace the contents of 0x35E80-0x‭3671F‬ with the the badge text from someone else
3. Replace the contents of 0x318F80-0x31AF7F with the badge data from someone else
4. Replace the contents of 0x31AF80-0x31B77F with the hole data from someone else
5. Save and restore using Sunshell

Is the tool going to give you access to all the official badges, and then you just inject the ones you want? This is basically what I was imagining.
