I've just started playing again today but I will grab as many as I can before getting banned and after that extract my heist as pngs with gytb, so just pm me in a week or what ever time it usually takes to get banned and I'll see what I can share with you!

You need to export and import the EXT DATA with save data filer (second tab). Easiest would be to just use GYTB though to export your badges as pngs and then just copy the badge folder to your new sd card and import it again with GYTB.

Thank you but will GYTB work with system icon launchers? I'm familiar with save data filer, thanks for the advice

Save data filer does not work, despite transferring data successfully, home menu still only displays GYTB badges. Seems GYTB has made it irreversible changes...

Gytb shouldn't have permanent changes. You could try and just delete the ext data with savedatafiler. Be sure to delete ext data and not the save though!

is there a video tutorial for this anywhere? ive never needed to cheat with gw before so im useless when it comes to this scared ill do something wrong. im on gateway emunand (o3ds eur) any help at all would be great tho !!

After a long time not using the cheats in badge arcade (didn't have gateway as i moved to a9hl), i tried yesterday to cheat again. For some reason when i search for the number "5" (8 bit) in practice mode, i see the line filling up dumping and searching but once it's fully loaded the device is in kind of freeze mode, i still can hear the music playing but can't do anything beside resetting the device.

anyone else saw this?

Did you try calling them? Either play dumb or apologize and remind them of how long you've been banned. Worst they can do is say no...

No, I haven't tried calling, and honestly, I'm not fussed. The concept of paying any sum of money for an icon on a gaming console goes against my nature. So far, I haven't been banned from any other f2p or p2w titles that Nintendo has published, and I've cheated on those too. In a different manner, compared to badge arcade.

It's just no great loss, and not worth the effort of ringing someone.

Don't mean to sound whiny, but it's been a long time since JPN and USA have been updated.
Does the process of dumping the codes require buying plays, or does nobody who actively dumps the codes have a US or JPN console?
