no, but you can use your old badges on home menu , but when you enter the badge arcade they will be deleted.

I haven't been banned yet, my pattern is to buy five plays then use Gateway to find the memory location and edit it so I can clear all the catchers. Is this what you meant?

I am wondering, did you dodge the ban ?

On the first time I cleared almost all of the Nikki catchers and got away with it, last week I purchased 5 plays to use with NTR editing and grabbed a bunch of Wind Waker badges, today I tried to login and got the banhammer.

Yeah, they got both of my consoles.

Did you post to miiverse? Someone got banned because of that.
