Imagine my surprise coming here to post this, and realizing it's where I first saw it...

I had to help calm someone down that felt like that all day. They feel much better now. That wasn't the easiest thing to do, but they got the help they needed.

I finally was able to eat yesterday's lunch now that they are better.
