to be fair, this was the _worst_ time, by far, for a political agenda that rose to power and is known to use combat sports as a propaganda weapon to have that come crashing down. A certain political side could have _really_ used that combat sports anarchy at such a prime moment to fuel mass extortion by means of bullying...and I ruined it.

Simple:

one political side particularly favors combat sports.

It uses them to excuse jerk behavior.

now it is in power.

But by the time it now is in power, combat sports lost popularity.

and combat sports lost popularity since someone who does not like jerk behavior defeated their best at their own gyms, in formal martial arts attire, without profanity and without unruly behavior, easily.

so now, that side of politics is reeling; it could have had a field day promoting its own violence through combat sports in the media, but I ruined it. Combat sports is a sinking ship.

It's as though I became a spanner in the works for a certain rowdy political party that loves anarchy and jerk behavior.

As much as certain organizations with rocket ships and graphics cards enjoy extortion, physical intimidation and promotion by means of combat sports is no longer an option for them. And yet this would have been the _best_ time for it, if I hadn't gotten in the way.
