Hacking Bad customer support

sorry for hijacking this thread but is it possible that at least a few of those resellers even though they are for specific Country's are actually from Chinese seller ?

I wrote a mail to one of the resellers for Germany and got a weird "answer" with real bad German ...
I just got an email saying its shipped and they gave me a link to the FedEx website but no tracking number these guys are amateurs
 
The scene these days makes me so sad.

The new cards were announced/released yesterday. If you can't wait a few god damn days for them to receive their inventory then you need to get a life. Or at least email them and ask why there is a delay so they can tell you that suppliers have yet ot master the art of teleportation and you'll need to just exercise a modicum of patience.

So true...I said that before as well. Technically, in there defense, when a product is announce than it should've been shipped to resellers already. Seeing as this is the busiest shopping season they would want to recoup there lost of not being able to sell the 1st gen cards. Big disappointment on why they couldn't issue a firmware update instead because of hardware limitations.

Dude.......you JUST got the tracking #. So until fedex comes and picks it up, then scan it, its not gonna show up. Fuckin noob......
 
For the record, I'm not sure why you're directing your anger at sky3ds for failed shipping. Noob move.
 
Yes I it takes me in to the FedEx website homepage with no number or nothing

I ordered a sky3ds card yet after 3 days the order status hasn't changed and having sent an email to both the reseller and the sky3ds official email I haven't heard anything from either I'm now thinking maybe I should have gone with gateway


Check that title again NOOB. No where you stated the reseller in the OP, you noted it afterwards. If you can't wait then cancel the order and order somewhere else.
 
I don't mind waiting hell I'll use my gateway till it comes but you look at the actual posts and you can see I'm talking about the reseller.

Lol, not here. I've been a member of many modding forums and the quality has really tanked in the last few years. Modding has almost gotten too easy and we end up with a bunch of self-entitled brats flooding the forums.

Granted, I'm part of the problem because I find the pettiness here to be hilarious and I'll often push people's buttons, but I know I'm a cantankerous bastard.

That's funny, because the title of your post is "SKY3DS bad support" not "SKY3DS reseller bad support" or "gamemaniaz.com bad support.

Their support is not bad at all. They did response when I email them the issue with the cart.

Making noob remarks, OP has incorrect details, package is arriving Monday and opened a complaint about it on Friday in the community. I'm not sure what part of the region you stay in bud but around this time of the yr any shipping company is going to have a shit storm to plow through, that includes tons of packages that need to be shipped. Resellers will also run low on stock and will have to reorder once the low threshold has been reach WHICH they still have to wait for the shipping company to DELIVER the stock.

Yes, to me, you're still a noob at heart.

Well I'm still to receive a reply but my sky3ds will be here on monday

So you never got a reply but you know your card will be delivered on monday, how? Gotta love impatient people complaining and cursing resellers because they dont get their product out like they're Amazon.com lol. You'd think someone who has apparently been modding for 20 years would be used to this as nothing in this thread seems very uncommon from online modding reseller shops.
