Hacking Bad cIOS install

Hey everyone sorry to bother you all with another noobie question.

I attempted to install this in order to play the New Super Mario Brothers, but instead of installing as cIOS38 I installed it as cIOS249, and now my backup loaders won't work.

I'm not really sure on how to restore my previous setting, which was cIOS249rev14.

use any title deleter to delete ios 249, then reinstall wanin's cios rev 14 (or w/e rev u want)
