Hacking Question Backup sysnand

I have recently updated my v5 switch to v7.0.1 using choixdujour and it works perfectly fine, now wondering how can I make a full nand backup knowing that autorcm is activated.
So my question is as follows shoud I disable auto rcm then backup or backup it up with auto rcm activated.

doesnt matter as far as you dont dump BOOT0/1 then i would recommend to turn it off

Does not matter. If you do a backup with autorcm on, you'll just have a backup with autorcm installed.
