Only way I can personally think of is using QCMA to backup the entire game to your PC, which also backs up DLC, Updates and saves.

Backup for what purpose?

  • You can backup the whole game via (Q)CMA (you can't just backup the save) - and the (encrypted) save will be there.

  • You can backup encrypted versions all your saves if you go to ux0:/user/00/savedata (something like that) - I'm pretty sure you can restore these with (Q)CMA.

  • Or you can use this guide (do it for each and every game) to get the decrypted save data, so you can edit it. http://wololo.net/2016/08/03/psvita-digital-gamecartridge-gamedlcsavedata-decryption-3-60-majortom/ But if you want to restore it, you need to do the same steps as the way you got it = you need henkaku (unlike the encrypted save data thing I wrote above)

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
