Hacking Backup ps4 for jailbreak

Hello,
I heard it is advised to create a backup of the ps4 in case it gets bricked. What files should be backed up precisely in order to restore the ps4 in case it gets bricked? The whole filesystem, or just some certain files? Or maybe even just the db that can be dumbed in the webhost interface?

Just backup your databases from system_data/priv/mms
