So after a long time of no updating i updated to d2x v10 beta 52, and while i was add it i updated wiiflow and USB Loader GX. but i after updated everything (and found out that using WBFS is outdated and using an ISO is more stable) i tried to plugin the USB drive and.....well nothing happend Wiiflow couldnt find the games (and after awhile i couldnt even select the USB partition anymore) and with USB Loader GX it just froze on the initializing usb drive part. So after more messing around and going back and forth with d2x cios v10 (52 and 53) and v8 i still couldnt get it to work.

So hopefully someone on here can help me out with this annoying problem

Does your USB drive work correctly on the PC?
Have you tried both USB ports? (beta 53 supports both, for others the bottom port is the only one that works)

You will want to use wbfs2fat to convert your WBFS partition to FAT32: http://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-convert-from-wbfs-to-fat32-or-ntfs.292391/
This may solve your problem, but if it doesn't at least all your isos are converted to .wbfs files, so you won't have to do that again.
The guide also instructs you on how to check for errors on your WBFS partition. It may have gotten corrupted which is preventing it from working on the Wii. If your drive works correctly after this step then you don't have to do the rest of the guide, but I would recommend converting to FAT32 anyway.

Yeah the USB drive works like a charm on the PC, and i did try both USB ports.(with beta 53)

Also what i did was a format on the USB drive and put it back to a stock one (Fat32)..could this be the issue?

the strange about this whole thing is, when i just updated Wiiflow i could select the USB partition..but after restarting my wii several times just to make sure it had a fresh USB chache all of the sudden i could only select the SD partition (even after completly removing wiiflow)

EDIT: Well i dunno how or what changed but for some reason after i chnaged the drive into a WBFS partition and chnaged it back with the way you said to a FAT32 drive...it all of the sudden worked, still no idea how or why...but hey its working now =)
