´cod waw works flawlessly but makes loud noises while reading without ever stoping , it´s streaming but reaching its limits at 3x ... sounds dangerous for the drive imo..

Is it ntsc or pal and on what console?

It Makes loud noises because the wii has to constantly read this disc. A matter of fact, It never stops.

It Makes loud noises because the wii has to constantly read this disc. A matter of fact, It never stops.

I ask because mine gives me the dvd error and its pal on ntsc console with force ntsc

try using rebboter instead. Its region free like that. If that doesnt work, it might be a bad burn.

Star Wars Clone Wars Pal does not work on NTSC console. As of Right now i'm getting the NTSC version andi'll check back.

Ok I know what the problem is and it is the auto-boot channel. One has to press the 1 on the wiimote to load the configuration and it loads the configuration without any graphics or anything so it was affecting the load.

House Of The Dead 2 & 3 Return (NTSC 1:1)

HotD 3 works but 2 gives me a black screen when I try to load it.

I had the same problem with the game using the backup loader .3 with read retry fix from the homebrew channel.

It still freezes loading the first level, and Far Cry Vengeance (pal running on ntsc) still restarts the Wii loading the 2nd level.

Still getting a green screen when I force some PAL isos to NTSC. I guess a fix for that little bug was a low priority. Too bad.

Pokemon Battle Revolution fails. it freezes the disc channel using either menupatcher or Gamma rebooter and if you boot through Gamma, it says "An error has occured. Press the eject button.." and other warning crap

a wiki combatability list is great but with such a high % working surely a non compatable list is shorter and easier to update (by the way 1st post has been updated)


dont forget to check the list on the first post, if you have had success with any on that list let me know and i'll remove it

Same error as the 0.3 version (and the "0.3b" one, the fixed .dol)

Give the "Eject disc" error.

About Quantum of Solace, I'll try it tomorrow (I have the original PAL disc) because it's maybe a dump problem (the NTSC dumps from the web weren't working true dumps were working)
