I think the read_retry fix can be found in djtaz's sig. Just download the backup launcher zip and look in there.

Well first of all Wiigator and Waninoko thanks for all the work that you guys have been doing, it's really apreciated!!!! Cheerz for all your projects!!!!!.

I have been testing my backup of no more heroes (patched), and it still gets stuck near the gym, and before entering the mission against #5, even with the new cios_fix it still frezzes. And the Super Paper mario also gets stuck in the chapter 2-4 when you deposit all the rupees. A soon fix will be appreciated. BTW i have installed the lastest wiigator's cios_fix.

Yeah I have and I used Sony DVD-R's. What I don't understand is what I do with the file, i've had it downloaded for a while now. Do I use WAD manager to uninstall something then install this?

Just to be sure, do I replace the cios on the sd card in apps with the read retry one and then install it?

Manhunt 2 PAL TDK works fine. 1:1
Spiderman Web of Shadows NTSC TDK 1:1 works
Excite Truck PAL 1:1 TDK works
Big Brain Academy PAL 1:1 TDK works
No More Heroes PAL 1:1 TDK works... but crashses when going to Job Center D:
Super Paper Mario PAL 1:1 TDK works past 2-3

Worls perfectly for me even for online play on a 1:1 on the new loader - all the files i used are in my zip

To everyone that get disc reading errors, how do you place your wii, standing up or laying down?

Yeah just replace the old cios and install the read_retry over it. Tell me your findings with 007:Quantum of solace

Also after you installed the fix, try taking the disc out.

Sorry if this has been covered (I know I've read of a similar situation somewhere... but search fails me).

Trying to get Wii Music [R64E01] working. It's been confirmed working on the matrix 14 times... but I just can't get it to run. After hitting "launch game", the screen goes black, soon after the wiimote rumbles and the wiimote detection sound goes off.

From there it just stays black (waited a few minutes). Same results with various testing of the video mode and pad settings. Also tried both patched and unpatched.

My Wii:
-System Menu 3.2E
-Homebrew Channel beta 9
-Backup Launched .3 (Tried both the first cIOS and the fixed one)
-Have had Mario Kart / Clean Keeper backups work already

I've tried both. Guess I'll see if I got a bad rip... (not having luck with doing it myself it seems).
