DeBlob (PAL)(Patched)(Scrubbed) - Only works if i force NTSC and change Hooktype to GC. Other than that it works great.
What, what, wait. The second person who got de Blob working. Please elaborate! What firmware do you use? Did you uninstall the old cIOS before installing the new one? Do you have a cios-fix employed?

Edit Did you actually play through a level? What DVDs did you use?

I'd like to know aswell, because I tried the PAL 1:1 backup on my PAL console and it just doesn't work ("disk cannot be read, eject and turn off console" error after a very short time). I have the cIOS 36 rev 6 and burned on a verbatim dvd-r at 4x using nero. I tried forcing NTSC, I tried setting the hooktype to GC and even enabling the VIDPATCH thing (dunno what those do =P) but nothing, always the same error at the same point.

Everybody tried the NTSC (with the patch for PAL) No More Heroes on a pal wii?

well youknow, you should maybe burn at 2x, alot of people burn att 4x but im a patient guy so i go 2x (doesnt take that long)

Just another +1 for Guitar Hero World Tour NTSC. Burned unpatched at 8x, and the game has never been off sync or frozen on me yet and I'm almost through with it already. Works perfectly.

All games I've tried so far are PAL on a PAL Wii firmware v3.2 using the 0.3 beta version of the loader - no videomode/hooktype alterations:

Super Paper Mario - patched - works fine. Nice loading speed increase over 0.1. Playable.

Lego Indiana Jones - patched - works fine. The intro movie sound is still out of sync (as with 0.1) - other cutscenes are fine. Playable.

de Blob - patched - initially loads, intro video/sound is now perfect (compared with unwatchable choppiness of 0.1) - as soon as you start to load the game proper you get a "cannot read disc" error. Unplayable.

Wario Land: The Shake Dimension - 1:1 - loads the title screen, intro video is VERY choppy (sound is bad too) - game crashes with "cannot read disc" error after the first "loading" screen. Cannot get it to play. Can't understand why some have said the PAL version works - they must have only got to the title screen/intro video and got bored waiting for it to finish - it definitely does not work for me...Unplayable.

Alright been testing for awhile, still testing and burning will update with more later.
A Huge Thanks to both wiigator and waninkoko... And I'm also pleased to report that SD codes seem to be working with vi-hooks. havent tried the other hooks.

System NTSC USA Wii System version 3.3U No Shop Udate
Currently installed (soft)mods/tools
The Cios Fix, dvd Advanced 249 installed, Wiigators Cios Installer, Backup Loader .3 Channel.
All Games burnt to either HP dvd-r or Verbatim dvd+r's (booktyped -r) at 16x
All below are with the .3 Loader At least 1 hour of continuous play per vid type and hooktype reported.

Patched
Bomberman Land Pal. Working 100% no forced video with hooktype vi or gc
Forcing NTSC results in green screen regardless of hooktype

Mario Kart Pal . Working 100% regardless of video mode or hook-type. Wifi Not tested as was at a friends house with no net. This includes CC Races working.

Boom Blox NTSC working 100% regardless of video mode or hook-type.

Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles Pal. Working 100% regardless of video mode, vi hook-type only tested.

Samba Di Amagio Pal working 100% regardless of video type, only vi tested (thanks Sis)

De Blob Pal, No foced video vi hooktype An error has occured screen will appear after approximatly 30 seconds, however if you click through the menus fast enough you can get into a level without it crashing, at which point the games plays fine.

Mario Galaxy NTSC 100% working no video forced vi hooktype, center of galaxy works.

Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution Pal No forced video, Vi Hooktype 100% working no audio issues here
Forcing NTSC fails with a green screen regardless of hook-type

Unpatched
Super Smash Brother Brawl. DVD 5. Working 100% no forced video, regardless of hook-type
still testing forced video modes

i played a few levels until the end and everything works just fine. no crashes no saving problems.

Great how things are progressing

PAL WII 3.2E

Its a shame that 'We Family Ski PAL Patched' no longer seems to work with 0.3

But 'Wing Island PAL Patched' now does work with 0.3, it didn't before with either loaders

My kids like them both, shame its one or the other. Well done Wiigator

I've tested a couple more (PAL Wii, Tesco DVD-R burnt at 4x)

Wario Land Shake Dimension (PAL) - 1:1 version works perfectly, intro video is quite choppy but first few levels seem to be fine.
Disaster Day of Crisis (PAL) - 1:1 version gives disc error after playing for 5 minutes

All these have been tested working with Firmware 3.3E (before latest update):

All the following have been burned at x4 using DVD-Rs from Poundland.
Using Wiigator's Backup Loader 0.3b Channel

The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Returns (PAL) - House of the Dead 2 doesn't work
Mario Kart Wii (PAL) - 100% works (with Wi-fi)
Resident Evil: the Umberella Chronicles (PAL) - 100% works
Wii Music (NTSC-U) - 100% works

Which Wario Land works better on a USA Wii with the backup laucher 0.3? Jap, Euro or Usa?

I tried my patched usa version but it doesn't boot..... don't know why because it worked with version 0.1

confirm please, does super paper mario patched on 0.3 PAL still work even if your on 2-2, or is ntsc-u the better choice

Please change the first post, it says "Call of Dutty" works and in the wiki says it doesn't, or confirm

i got wario pal working perfect i just finished the hole game in one sitting so it i know it works all the way through

and disaster day of crisis pal works great to
