Hi!
I've tried My Vet Practice [PAL] and it works really fine!!!

I've just burned the ISO with Nero, without patch the game
(I don't know if this is the right section to talk about this! homever I want just help you to improve the compatibility list

)

if you have a modchip then obviously you can load it with that and make a profile to test with.
What is to test - it errors at the menu, making the game not-working - this is an error with the loader and one I imagine will be fixed.

then use a save and stop complaining that it doesnt work.
Nobody was complaining - it was simply pointed out that the game doesn't work, as verified by 30 people on the wiki. Then you came on and had a rant about using pirate material. The only people playing "pirate material" are the ones using saves to play the game.

How can it be working when people cannot get in the game to play it. Using someone elses save isn't playing the game.

I'm looking for some help. Some weeks ago i had installed wiigators backup launcher 0.1 and i played star wars force unleashed backup game and it worked fine.
Now i have updated to backup launcher 0.3 and now 0.1 version don't work.
Is it possible to have two working backup launcher channels ( 0.1 and 0.3 ) or do i have to use only one of them?
If someone know how to get them work then please help me.

I delete my old IOS249, install cios-fix.wad, but now the BackUploader 0.3 give me the No DVD error... I'm using Backup Loader Channel BTW.

God, I really hate being one of those guys that can't figure out their problems themselves, but something's wrong.

The Backuplauncher 0.3 decided to stop working all of a sudden (crash at startup) so I decided to uninstall everything and reinstall. I deleted all cIOS. Now I wanted to use the cIOS-Installers from djtaz's .zip file - And they crash as well. I can't get past the "Press A to Continue" screen.

Is this a known error?

I did not update my 3.3 console.

I have a feeling it's just a corrupted SD-card, but if you have other suggestions, that'd be great.

well none of the files i know of have problems with conflicts and will usually install without issues.
I tried the zip myself last night so i know all of that works.

Your theory is starting to point at the SD card - try reformating it with a FAT file system and try again.

Also see if the PC can rwad and write easily from it

The SD card is definatly not the problem. (reformatted, checked read/write)
I also checked if maybe my gf updated the console - No, installing and running wads works just fine.
I switched WiiConnect24 off - Still the same error. The backuplaunchers start, then crash before any selections can be made, and the CIOS-installers hang when I press A.

A rundown of what I did:

1. Installed the new cIOS for the launcher0.3 over the old cIOS without deleting anything.
launcher0.3 worked fine.
2. Installed the read retry fix via wad manager
Still worked fine.
Today: Suddenly hangs.
3. Uninstalled DVDx
4. Uninstalled cIOS 249 via Anytitledeleter
5. Tried to install cIOS247 (crashes on "Press A"), tried to install cIOS249(same), tried to start the launchers even though I know they wouldn't work - still crash before selection can be made.

so have you any custom IOS installed if you check with anytitle deleter ?
Have you tried to installed the ios16 fromthe oct23rd fix thing just in case ?

Seems like a very strange problem alright - not sure what to say

you need to power cycle completely.
also, the fact that you could install wads DOES NOT mean your wii wasn't updated,
because you HAD a cIOS installed, which would allow wad installation.

I'm thinking one of two things:
You have something plugged in (USB, GC) somewhere that is causing some strange bug.
OR,
you got a partial ganked update, somehow.
it happens, and it almost never results in a brick like people think.

so...your goal....1) remove GC/USB stuff and test everything, then...
2) get a cIOS reinstalled (using wad manager IOS16 with a wad if you have to)
3) Run IOS Downgrader 1.0 (not cIOS downgrader) to make sure some or all of your files aren't Updated or corrupted.

with backuplauncher you mean backup loader channel right?

So there's no chances to install cios-fix and getting it work with the backup launcher aka Channel?

I always thought that cios-fix replace the IOS249.

Oh, duh. Why didn't I think of that? Yesterday I plugged my GCN stuff back in. Just removed it. Everything works as it should.

You still can plug you memory card in the slot A, just make sure unplug gc card from the slot B

I unninstal ios249 first, then install cios-fix.wad, then install ios249 again, i'm doing it right? XD'
