I have NTSC wii, im pretty sure everything about the loader is fine(except it crashes alot), im burning one piece unlimited adventure NTSC(patched), im about to retry nero and ill keep you guys updated.

Regarding the Compatibility Wiki one of the awesome moderators of GBATemp has banned all of the IP's who vandalized it and made it so that only registered users can edit the page.

This should cut down on the vandalism!

So far I've done Top Spin 3, Lego Indiana Jones, Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga, Lego Batman (yep, like the Lego games

) and Bully with no problems whatsoever and no changes like force pal, ntsc etc.

The iso I 'obtained' for Sim City Creator was only about 680Mb (seems a bit small) but when decompressed back up to the usual 4gb and also when patched. Its a PAL version and I'm running a PAL Wii (so haven't tried any of the settings in the Wiigator loader yet) but also tried with Waninkoko's (guy's a legend

would be glad to buy him a pint

) loader too with no success. Compatibility lists suggest I shouldn't be having any problems. But after it loads with either loader just get a black screen (waited ages) then the Wiimote just turns off.

Anyone else had similar problems or know whats wrong? Thinking maybe the iso? As I see a USA version torrent at the full 4gb.

On Super Mario Galaxy, this game has worked fine until I got to this beach galaxy with penguins where you learn to swim, when I dive under water and start swimming it freezes every time, anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Works fine but just today played for like 30 minutes drove near a trash can game froze and made a irritating noise.

YellowYoYosOdd, I had the same kind of problem with Super Mario galaxy, the whole game worked fine until I got to Beach Bowl Galaxy, Sunken Treasure level every time I start to swim under water a terrible sound and then it fezzes

i dont think there is such a thing as free direct download backup iso file considering that an iso is around 4gig and any site hosting 4 gig for public download would have 1000$s of dollars of bandwidth fee.

This happened with the first copy of Prince of Persia that I burned. I couldn't get it to go past the black screen. I reburned it at a lower speed using ImgBurn and it finally played the next 2 times I loaded it. Then I tried again later tonight and 3 times in a row it wouldn't go past the black screen. I tried once more and it finally loaded again. The loader seems to be picky at times.. can never tell if it's being picky or if a game just doesn't work.

@judgedee: There's always sites that provide rapidshare/megaupload/etc links.

He just wanted an alternative to torrents. Anyways, I helped him out.

I too have this problem with a NTSC-U copy, tested on both Waninkoko's and Wiigator's backup loaders.

Just to nitpick... I know of maybe two games that are actually 4GB. With the availability of scrubbers there is NO REASON for the average Wii game to be even close to 4gb.

The people who release 4.4gb copies of games make me nuts.

Hi Zerxer, maybe a bit more patience needed then, only tried once on Wiigator's and once on Waninkoko's. I've burnt all my DVD-R's at 2.4x, this is the only one I've had a problem with so far.

Couldn't PM me some of those sites?

Allyou need to do to change it is to replace the boot.dol file on your SD card for the loader - the rest is pretty much the same .... i have both in the zip file in my sig as well as a channel for the loader to make it easier for booting (i didnt make any of them , Im just gathering the best of things i can find as i go and putting them into one handy zip)

What program is the best used to rip a Wii Iso?
Waninkoko's DVD DUmper is the best, ¿¿verdad Waninkoko??

Link? Can't I just use any PC ISO ripper? Or will it only work if it's from the Wii?
