hey guys i wanna make a full backup vista, so if i ever do anything to stuff ill have the system there. because my laptop came with it i dont have the disc but i do have a recovery disc, can anyone offer a program to use?

A recovery disc should be able to reinstall vista but what you appear to want is a drive imaging application, I do not really use one for me (between software and OS updates/changes I would rather use a slipstreamed install every time but it is a considerable amount of work to keep up with).
Still poke around http://www.snapfiles.com/Freeware/system/fwbackup.html (Indeed http://www.snapfiles.com/get/DriveImageXML.html looks pretty nice) or your favourite freeware site of choice and you should be able to find something.
