Hacking Backing up nand

I am thinking of backing up my CFW switch ,just in case of a brick. I don't care about being banned , if i backup my nand using hekate will the CFW be backed up aswell?
And someone mentioned something about shutting off auto rcm, wtf does that mean??? I dont have a jig and i use tegra bootloader to load up hekate

CFW is not permanently installed, thus not present on the NAND thus you can't back it up with NAND backup.
That you should disable autoRCM, so that your NAND backup does not have it (probably).
