Wii Sports took about 3 min. But Resident Evil 4 took about 15 min. It all depends on the size of the game.

a lot longer, it took gx 2hrs to rip a backup of Mario Kart Wii(about 2.3GB) because backups should be burned at 3x/4x for the wii to read properly so it only rips at 3x/4x due to the dvd drive(or is it cIOS) not being able to read faster that 3x
