Babyfoot DS

It was about time we saw the first babyfoot homebrew game for the DS. That's exactly what developer CyBeRCeD did with project which is still in early alpha stages.

How to play:
  • Left D-pad button: moves both defenders & attackers line to the left.
  • Right D-pad button: moves both defenders & attackers line to the right.
  • Up D-pad button: moves defenders & attackers feets forward.
  • Down D-pad button: moves both defenders & attackers feets backward.

Tip: to kick the ball press down then up buttons in a quick motion.

Obviously, the game isn't feature complete yet as it mainly lacks AI.

Funny. In my French class the other day we talked about how Europe calls it babyfoot. Here in the USA we call it Foosball.

foosball is the american word:) table football for people who cant remember foosball. "that thing with the table and the people on the sticks and the ball" for people who are totally stupid. (like me at times, admit we're all stupid sometimes)

LoL ... yeah, I've never heard it being called "babyfoot" before. It's normally called "Foosball", but here in Toronto, nobody says Foosball. We call it "jits" which is short for "Gitoni". I have no idea how we got that name ... it has something to do with Italians. But the people who play a lot, call it Jits ... the people that don't really play, call it Foosball, and the people that don't know anything about it call it Table Soccer.
