Hacking B9S Wiped SD

So I have a 3ds that I installed b9s on, but I accidentally wiped the SD. What files will I need and what steps do I need to go through to get CFW back up and running?

get boot.firm from the 7z file from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases

then folllow https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

I'm stuck on the homebrew launcher part, I can't seem to get it to open

then you either do not have the boot.3dsx on your SD card

or you havnt actually opened Download Play fully, and set that as your hbmenu app

turn your 3ds off, hold select and power it on, what version is Luma?
