Hardware Avermedia not working ..

Hello !
I got the Avermedia Game Capture HD II for one month now, i made a few videos and had a problem after that, i tried to do a firmware update, and it solves the problem, but after a few videos again, the same problem happen.
The problem is when i want to stop recording, it recognize the input, but nothing happend, i turn off the device, and plug in usb in my computer, only temp files are present, reading or merge them make nothing ...
If anyone already solve this problem of has idea of why it happens, he's welcome
Note : I don't know if it's the right place to ask this question

Well, it's a Wii U section, not a capture card thread...
Does your cc report in PC? If it does, flash previous firmware to it. It could be bricked now so flashing would help.

No, it records on an hard drive, but i don't think the problem come from the drive, since it works well on my computer, or maybe i have to empty it
Every feature works, except the most impotant ...
I was already on older fw, and had the same problem

Did you let the Red LED flash then turns off?

It didn't flash when press the button, on the telecommand or on the device, nothing happend
i tried press the button for several seconds and same result ...
