It's "dead" because ava+sig makers can't be bothered to make a good ava+sig set for people only to have them request for new ones in a matter of days, wasting all of the effort.

GBAtemp size sig limit forces me to save as lower-quality PNGs so low anti-aliasing for the sig (and choppy gradient). Sorry, Blaze.
Also, I didn't feel the color scheme and flowers that much. Kinda shows. [Avatar didn't turn out that great.]
