Okay so I had my switch on 5.0.2 running autorcm. Then yesterday I accidentally updated when launching pokemon quest and it removed autorcm is that normal??? Pretty sure autorcm via brickmii bricks the boot0 so I don't see how an update fixed it?

Until we have CFW that blocks changes to the BCT, you will need to reinstall AutoRCM after updating the sysNAND.
